Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

Items purchased with promotions may qualify for store credit instead of a refund.

◖ Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your return does not meet the conditions, we may issue store credit instead.

◖ Damages & Issues

Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

◖ EU Customers – Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
