We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can return it.

◖ Returns

You may exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

ᇰUnworn, unwashed, and undamaged
ᇰWith all original tags attached
ᇰIn original packaging

◖ Non-returnable items

Gift cards and personalized products are non-refundable.

Items purchased with promotions are refundable in accordance with this Return Policy.

◖ Returns for items purchased under promotion

For items purchased as part of promotional offers (including, by way of example, 4+1 offers or other multi-item promotions), the refund will be calculated proportionally based on the amount actually paid.

In the case of a partial return from a promotional order, the refunded amount will reflect the proportional value of the returned items and may result in the total or partial loss of the promotional benefit.

▹ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

◖ Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your return does not meet the conditions, your refund may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of the item.

◖ Damages & Issues

Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
